This is a cool example of experiential marketing from the beer brand Salta in Argentina.
As rugby is quite popular in the Nothern Salta province, the brand decided to create a campaign that targeted the Argentinian rugby fans with an unique experience: a smart vending machine that is activated with tackles.
Equipped with a strength gauge, the Rugbeer vending machine challenges consumers to show their abilities and tackle the machine in order to release a cold Salta Beer.
The Rugbeer machine was so successful that it hit the road, touring the pubs and bars around Salta.
It is always good to see such experiment creating a deep connection with consumers when they are out and about.
