Slingshot's hat game We had a nice sit down with Simon from SlingShot yesterday to talk all things engagement.

Based in Bristol, they design and create pervasive/street games and have had “significant experience” in the US.

One of our favourites from the presentation was “The Hat Game”. We’ll leave it to you to get the jist of it in the video below but as their website says, the game “plays on the tension between players’ exhibitionism and their need to remain unseen…A committed few play the game, many more interested participants follow it online, via phone or PC and a large number are exposed to the event via social networks and media coverage”.

Their website had great case studies of games they have made that would be great in an experiential campaign to either provide fun interaction with a brand or even for a company to engage with their employees. Good stuff and keep up the good work!
