Hotcow designed the UK’s largest hammock, measuring 8.5m long and 3.5m wide, fitting up to 20 adults, to raise awareness of Tobago as a great holiday destination. We targeted consumers in Kingston Upon Thames over the bank holiday weekend.

Tobago ambassadors Dwight Yorke and soap star Ruldoph Walker joined in the activity with various football skill sessions with kids, how low can you go limbo to win a kindle, dancing to the steel band and free chocolate and rum inside the Tobagolator sales vehicle. Drawing in crowds was Radio Jackie host Eddie Castle who kept the public entertained with interviews, information and great music. Every hour on the hour from 12 – 6pm we gave away a pair of flight tickets to Tobago.

The UK’s largest hammock saw crowds of people lining up to have their photo taken in the hammock with friends and family. Any photos shared online with hashtag visittobago went into a prize draw to win another pair of flights to Tobago.
