Leeds-based Non Traditional Ad Agency Kong Media has created a street stencil graffiti campaign to help launch Leeds City College, which has been formed following the merger of Leeds College of Technology, Thomas Danby and Park Lane Colleges in West Yorkshire, UK. Even ‘old-fashioned’ educational institutions are now using guerilla techniques!
