Jobseekers Guerrilla Marketing Tactics

Jobseekers Guerilla Tactics
In these credit crunchy times, job hunters in the United States of America are getting creative, ditching resumes for a wide range of guerilla tactics.

As reported on csmonitor.com, in Chelmsford, Massachusetts a group of jobless people started ‘The New England Job Show’ in February to promote themselves on cable-access TV. Each week, five jobless people record 30-second video “elevator pitches” which are aired on the show and posted on YouTube aimed at potential employers.

On one of the videos, Tim Proch, an unemployed hardware development manager and electrical engineer, states he’s “one of those people who can lead and motivate your team to make something out of nothing.”
