This video by Alexander Commercials won Youtube Ad of the Year last night. Part of a campaign for Sussex Safer Roads called “Embrace Life – always wear your seat belt” fended off fierce competition from some of the world’s biggest brands to take title.
Jaw-droppingly beautiful visuals, a stunning soundtrack and a simple, poignant message stopped the whole Hotcow office in its tracks.
A simple, easy to understand metaphor that forms an emotional connection with the viewer? No wonder it has racked up nearly 12 million hits. Great stuff.
