Yo Sushi – once again they are re-defining customer experience.
16 years after Yo Sushi wowed diners with the conveyor belt Sushi concept, they are now looking at a completely new way to enrich the lives of the Yo Sushi Diners.
The tray itself is positioned on a small helicopter type device, controlled using an ipad. The tray has an on-board camera that allows the ‘pilot’ to navigate through the environment and deliver the customer’s selection.
Will this become the new way of delivering all fast foods in the future – I guess we will have to wait and see.
