Experiential Learning |
|
Covering team building days, employee engagement and leadership skills we create events that are interactive, exciting and have a definitive purpose. We work closely with our business performance experts to ensure that management receives the information and results they require. We believe that we can build businesses and relationships with these experiences. If you want to create great word of mouth you should start in your own backyard. Employees need to feel emotionally engaged to make the product successful. ![]()
All our experiential learning campaigns are developed in a bespoke manner. Below are a few concepts from our hotshots booklet to get your creative juices flowing. Pirates of the CarribeanIngredients: 1 abandoned island, 1 treasure map, several healthy measures of costumes and props and some daring actsMethod: Place staff in undesirable location. Give instructions via treasure map. Make more difficult by mixing actors into the activity for additional challenges and unexpected obstacles. Mix with transportation to get from A - B more efficiently - starting with a water rib and ending with bikes. Supply ample costumes and props. Teams walk the plank and make heartfelt speech to stop Jack Sparrow from feeding them to the crocodiles. Serve prize to winning team (based on a combination of travel success and begging expertise) and apply results and performances to management for feedback. Far Far AwayIngredients: People, transportation, personal identification, £10, a watch and a noteMethod: Blindfold participants and place in mystery locations far, far away from home. Place a note, watch, identification and money in pouch. Create a reason to get home quickly and embrace the challenge. For an extra twist utilise foreign shores for drop off points or place multiple people in one location. Alternatively hunt the participants with actors dressed as guards (and with dogs if you really want to sort the wheat from the chaff) to make the event that little bit more difficult. Wait for the most resourceful to win, garnish with a prize and report successes and failures to management.

It's James, James Bond (Casino Royale) |
Green & Blacks, supplied the James Bond World Premiere with little blocks of their tasty milk chocolate, organised and negotiated by Hotcow. PLUS, We had the pleasure of attending the premiere on 14th November, arriving to a jam packed Leicester Square with thousands of screaming people lining up to see their favourite star rock up. Did we love the movie? Absolutely…some fantastic special effects, great fight scenes (where he actually gets a beating or two) with an interesting storyline, and it wouldn’t be Bond without romance, martinis, fast cars and complete self assurance. |
